Die-Cut Gaskets

Our production line is completed by the Die-cutting Department which produces gaskets by die-cutting and laser cutting. Initially created to help the Molding Department, our Die-cutting dept. then expanded and diversified, producing its own range of products.

The department uses a series of mechanical die-cutting and automatic hydraulic punching machines, which have been joined by die-cutting machines completely managed by computerized microprocessor systems. We have recently added a new laser cutting machine with which we are able to obtain gaskets with a particular dimensional accuracy.

Today we produce more than 2,500 different items in this department, mainly in asbestos-free materials and rubber, but also rubber-fabric, nylon, Teflon® and cork.
These products are intended for the plant engineering and motor industry, with a particular specialization in the motorcycle field.
